・Bento pickup time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (select at the time of reservation)
・For in-store pickup products, your selected visit time will be the pickup time.
・No changes or cancellations (date, time, quantity) can be made after the reservation is confirmed for any reason. Please arrive at the reserved time.
・A 100% cancellation fee will apply from the time of reservation confirmation. Please check the reservation details carefully before booking.
Credit card information has to be registered in your account on OMAKASE website for Advance Reservation via online
Register your name, password, Email address, and others for user sign-up (also registration through facebook is available, too)
In the process of user sign-up, you’re also required to register your credit card information.
Find available seats online. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Pay at the restarants for foods and drinks, not online.

What is the difference between Advance Reservation and Normal Reservation?
You can make a reservation several days earlier on Advance Reservation, although JPY300 will be charged for OMAKASE system fee. If all seats are booked in Advance Reservation, no seats might be left at Normal Reservation.
Is there any difference in food menu between Advance and Normal?
There is no difference in menu, you can select same course menu in both ways.
Is it necessary to register credit card for reservation?
Yes, credit card information is required for reservation system fee and cancellation charge.
How can I make a cancellation?
Please proceed cancellation from the system which you took reservation. If you booked from OMAKASE (Advance Reservation), log-in to OMAKASE and make a cancellation. If you booked via TbaleCheck (Normal Reservation), please make a cancellation through the link written in confirmation mail from Table Check
Can I make a reservation via telephone ?
For SATO briand 2nd, SATOBURI DA and SATO briand Lunch, all the reservations are done via online. SATO briand (Main Store) takes Advance reservation via online, and after 1st via telephone.
How should I pay on the day?
You have to pay at the restarant for foods and drink, NOT online.
